Harrisburg Level 1 Service Specialist (1)
2K Networking, Inc is seeking candidates for a Level 1 Service Specialist/Web site developer. Our ideal person will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Desktop support and service.
Website development and graphics design.
Virus/Spyware/Adware clean up and removal.
Help Desk support and technical support.
Monitor and manage incoming service requests.
Apple experience a plus - ACMT
Qualifications:
Associates or equivalent experience with current MCP or ACMT.
Minimum 2 to 5 years desktop support and website development.
Experience with Windows XP/Vista Operating Systems, spy-ware and virus removal, configuration, tuning and security.
Team member, excellent communication and customer interaction, self motivated, honest.
