Glenn brings teamwork to any I.T. project by adapting
his extensive management and technical skills
to the needs of the team. Possessing infrastructure,
development, leadership and project management,
Glenn routinely compliments and completes the
skill set necessary for successful implementation
of Information Technology by building teams that
build solutions.
At 2K, Glenn is instrumental in developing strategies
and architecture for enterprise scale information
systems. Utilizing project management methodologies
and Microsoft Solutions Framework, Glenn defines
and clarifies project scopes, design parameters,
implementation plans, resource management, milestones
and timetables. This strong leadership results
in timely and cost effective completion of complex
information technology projects. Over 70% of I.T.
projects fail, not because of technology, but
because of lack of envisioning, planning, goals,
and teamwork. Glenn's trademark is that he continually
sees projects through to successful completions.
Prior to 2K, Glenn worked as an independent consultant
for Microsoft Corporation where he worked for
State and Local Government. Previously, Glenn
worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for York International
Corporation, working on several multi-million
dollar enterprise projects, including an enterprise
wide network upgrade to Windows 2000 Active Directory
and implementation of the first stage of the Windows
2000 domain model. Glenn defined global infrastructure
requirements and co-managed the implementation
team for the global service system project to
control inventory world wide. He also co-developed
the office 2000 world wide deployment strategy.
Glenn is active in the local community. His professional career
extends 20 years in Information Technology and Network Design. Glenn
holds a Degree in Computer Science and is certified
from Microsoft as an MCSE, MCSA, MCP+I.
Jason Lucas - Director of Operations
Jason is 2K’s Service Manager providing
leadership and direction to our team of Service
Technicians and Network Engineers. Jason and his
team’s goals are to continually exceed our
client’s exceptions by providing excellent
service, communication, technical guidance and
systems integration. Jason's responsibilities
also include building our Service and Network
teams into the Premier group in Central PA. He
works closely with our clients ensuring prompt
and professional service expected from the 2K
teams. Jason will also continue to build relationships
with new clients and partners to help 2K position
itself to grow and expand our service.
Jason's education includes a Bachelor's degree
from Messiah College, as well as MCSE training
and certifications.
Mike Schmelder - Regional Manager
As a Regional Manager, Mike brings more than 20 years of technology experience to 2K's customer base. Heading up the Lancaster and Philadelphia branches of 2K, Mike utilizes excellent organizational and problem solving skills to implement solutions and reduce roadblocks for customers.
Mike previously has held positions in the technology field such as vice president of operations, project manager, information technology (IT) manager, and networking engineer for such clients as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Armstrong World Industries, and Air Products and Chemicals. Mike is a certified Microsoft systems engineer and holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Millersville University.
Matthew Glinski - Senior Network Engineer - Team Leader
Matt is a solutions-oriented Senior Network Engineer
with notable success directing a range of corporate
IT initiatives while participating in planning
and the implementation of information-systems
solutions and integration in direct support of
business objectives.
- Track record of increasing responsibility
in secure network design, systems analysis and
development.
- Possesses over five years of experience in
the design, implementation and support of LAN/WAN
networks.
- Outstanding leadership abilities; able to
coordinate and direct all phases of project-based
efforts while managing, motivating, and leading
a project team.
- Analyze information to determine, recommend
and plan a layout for upgrades and modifications
to the existing network infrastructure that
will provide the capability for proposed project
or workload capability.
Matt’s professional career extends over
7 years in Information Technology. Matt holds
an Associates Degree in Advanced Electronics and
computer technology. Matt is certified from Microsoft
as an MCSE, MCSA and is pursuing his CCNA from
Cisco Systems.
Alberto Flores- Network Architect
Alberto is a Network Architect bringing 20 years of Level 5 network design and implementation experience. He joined 2K with the transition of Cimbrian's network division in September 2007. His experience is broad and encompasses all Microsoft products and operating systems, In depth knowledge of Active Directory and large WAN networks, Cisco product lines, Managed care services, Virtualization and Network and Gap analysis.
Todd Murtoff- Systems Engineer - Apple Division Manager
Todd is a Systems Engineer and Consultant with over 15 years of IT experience, specializing in Apple Macs & XServe support along with Microsoft Windows product lines. He has extensive experience with IT hardware from various manufacturers such as 3Com, HP, APC and Barracuda Networks. Todd provides consultation, design, installation and maintenance of client site infrastructures and will assist the 2K team in expanding our client base and support offerings.
Todd also offers excellent communication skills and client relations. He is customer-oriented and provides complete solutions to meet the client's needs.
Todd holds an Associates Degree in Communcations from Pennsylvania College of Technology and is an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist. He is currently pursuing training and certification of Apple's latest operating system, Mac OSX 10.5 (Leopard).
Michael Adams - Senior Network Engineer - Team Leader
Mike Adam's is Southern Pennsylvania's Team Leader and is a Senior Network Engineer. He brings over 12 years of solid IT service and solutions. Mike has a strong background in network design, systems integration and project management. He has a strong understanding of the corporate environment and how technology integrates and enhances business productivity. Mike has exceptional customer service skills and is dedicated to delivering the highest quality and experience to 2K clients.
S. Alexander Feazell - Service Specialist
Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to 2K in Desktop
Service and Support with over 10 years of experience
in the computer and consulting arena. From a small
ISP in Southern West Virginia, to the national
ISP MindSpring and EarthLink, Alex has excelled
in assisting customers with all aspects of internet
connectivity, security and service. His responsibilities
also include website development and maintenance
of 2K’s client websites.
Alex's educational background included 2 years
in the Honors Program at the University of Tennessee
at Chattanooga studying Environmental Sciences.
He is a Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) and is currently persuing his MCP from Microsoft.
Shawn Bowman - Service Specialist
Shawn is a recent addition to the 2K team as a Service Specialist for the central PA area. His responsibilities include desktop and user support, deployment and monitoring of managed network care services and server virtualization.
Shawn offers excellent technical skills, help desk, training and knowledge transfer to the user community. He is service-oriented and consistently exceeds client expectations.
Shawn is a Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE).
Harold Flenke - Service Specialist
Harold is the latest Service Specialist to join the 2K team and his role will be supporting our clients in Lancaster and east to Philadelphia. Delivering professional, quality desktop services and support in small to mid size network environments are skills Harold displays with the clients he supports. Harold consistently ensures desktop performance, reliability and security to maintain employee productivity within the businesses 2K serves.
Harold is a Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE).
Donna Harbold - Office
Administration
Donna Harbold is 2K’s Administrative and
Office Assistant. Her responsibilities include
scheduling service calls, client communication,
accounting and office administration. Donna brings
a background of Business Management and Administration
from successfully owning her own business for
the past 35 years. Her education and experience
has allowed 2K to enhance and coordinate our service
in a more timely and efficient manner to our client
base.
